Dear Justlettersandnumbers, I am sure being more experienced, your decision to block must be justified. I am a relative new contributor and have been contribution valueable stuff for the last few years. Recently I thought about creating a page for my company brand that I created last year. It was for the intent of providing information only, but apparently it turns out that it doesn't seem neutral despite my 2 attempts. Also, once I finished, wikipedia asked me to share my own information, which I did so in the name of Vineet Raj Kapoor, which again it seems didn't turn out to be neutral despite my best efforts. I guess I am not good with this and would not create my own pages again, although I have contributed a lot to the world which you would know if you google my name, but then, I guess I must wait till sometime after I am gone, maybe someone would create the page. So if you think, all my earlier contributions are good, you may want to unblock me. Also, I had added a definition of gamification, which I had written and was often being quoted across the world (see below) but you can still delete it if you feel it is not appropriate.

I understand about my articles about SXILL and myself and shall not post articles about these again. About the definition of gamification, I would request reconsideration as it is also quoted in the European Union paper - link at the top of reference list. You must also take a look at my earlier contributions as well. Putting information about an organization's vision should have invited a warning not blockage. After the initial post I was sent a mail to edit the article and make it neutral which I did. If it was not allowed, I should have been asked to remove.
