Speedy deletion nomination of History of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest[edit]

Hello Vsichka,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged History of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest for deletion, because it appears to duplicate an existing Wikipedia article, Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Arthistorian1977 (talk) 21:38, 20 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

November 2016[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from History of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Arthistorian1977 (talk) 21:44, 20 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure if the band is notable. Why don't you start in Belarussian Wiki?Xx236 (talk) 12:57, 30 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

March 2017[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Eurovision Song Contest, without citing a reliable source using an inline citation that clearly supports the material. The burden is on the person wishing to keep in the material to meet these requirements, as a necessary (but not always sufficient) condition. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Wes Mouse Talk 02:57, 17 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

May 2017[edit]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Eurovision Song Contest 2018. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This is your third warning on adding content without citing sources. The next time may result in a block. Wes Wolf Talk 17:56, 15 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Voting of Junior Eurovision Song Contest winners has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The contest is notable, but the voting system isn't. Only source doesn't work and is about the standard Eurovision song contest, which has the same system anyway.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
