Abdul Wares Nayel[edit]

Abdul Wares nayel (in Dari وارث نایل) was born on August 3rd 1989 in Parwan province of Afghanistan. Like millions of Afghans, his family fled Taliban regime and moved to neighboring country of Iran. Despite discriminations toward Afghan refugees, Nayel’s parents provided self-education to their children and Wares showed to have passion and skills in literacy and arts. After fall of Taliban, the family moved back to Afghanistan and he completed school and followed his dream to become a Multimedia Journalist. He joined Ariana Television Network in September 2007, which on the time, he was responsible to translate and dub entertaining shows like Giti, a tour to the cities of the world, National Geographic and Islamic documentaries. He later hosted and produced Chashm-e-Shishayee, a cinema TV show, and Techpedia, a technology dedicated weekly TV show. Mr. Nayel has written multiple papers on current situation of Afghanistan, which are published by newspapers like Hasht-e-Sobh. He is also the author of Television Production Guide, which is published by Azem Printing Press. He plays a key role in annual ATN Awards of Ariana Television Network. [1] [2]
