Renaming

I accidentally carried out your rename request earlier today. I should not have done so as you're currently blocked on the English & Russian wikis. Renaming policy requires "The user is not seeking the rename to conceal or obfuscate bad conduct". I have undone that rename. My apologies for the confusion.
