There was no claim of notability in the article. Why is this housing development notable compared to the thousands of others around the country? Information about lots and building plans and homeowners associations is not notable, we are not a repository of indiscriminate information. You may want to read some of the policies that apply here:

• Wikipedia:Places of local interest - this suggests that a brief mention in the Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania may be OK, but even there, why would this development be mentioned when others in Layfayette Hill are not? Also, read the bit half way down the page about Wikipedia not being a directory on local interests.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me or others for their view. Having reread the deleted article, I could not find one thing that would make this 300 house community worthy of a separate article, anything that makes it noteworthy. Prove me wrong if you like, I am only trying to apply our standards and don't have a personal interest in this article. I do appreciate your interest in contributing to Wikipedia.
