You should really put an actual name in there. Also, the copyright matter is really to be taken up on Wikipedia Commons, via https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_Waco,_Texas.svg and https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Seal_of_Waco,_Texas.png.
