Thank you for your message. I was not aware that this wiki article was closely monitored. Nothing is mentioned about the possible or likely health benefits of chia seeds... it is generally believed to be a superfood.
We're an encyclopedia--we don't do "it is generally believed". It's also generally believed that "Ring a Ring o' Roses" is some sort of leftover song from the plague epidemics in the Middle Ages. Zefr pointed you to WP:MEDRS. I see your post on the talk page (please sign your posts), and that's a start--but what you cited in this edit, "lifehack.org" and "healthline.com", those are not acceptable. Thank you. Individual foods do not confer specific health benefits or anti-disease effects. The nutrients supplied in a mixed-food diet support health (see Human nutrition).
