Re: Braidwood, Illinois

[edit]

Hi! I actually did not create the article on the city, but I would be glad to help. Actually adding the information on my part will be difficult (I currently only have mobile access to spotty wifi and will be like this for some time; I could only access wifi now after four or five days because I was lucky), but if you're willing to take a stab at it, I think you could handle it well. It isn't too hard to add a small section. I could explain how you could make the change.

The article could sure as well use an addition such as that. If you can find any sources online about the library that are from reliable, third-party sources, (local newspapers, history books, etc.) add a section (paste "==Library==" without the quotations on the edit page below the demographics section), and start writing about the library based on what you can find in those sources. You can add references by taking the URL or name of your source and sliding it between <ref> and </ref> at the end of each sentence. There are ways to format it, but this is the simplest adequate way.

That's about it. If you don't want to edit the article, sit tight for a couple weeks until I find an Internet connection I can use more reliably. However, don't worry about making mistakes; just go at it, if you'd like.

Thanks,  --Starstriker7(Talk) 16:40, 21 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I understand that it is rather early in Illinois at the moment. However, I am available for the next three hours or so (you probably won't see this in that time period, but I figured I might as well try). Let me know if you'd like to edit the article, and if you do, if you'd like any advice on it. --Starstriker7(Talk) 11:16, 22 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
