Thank you for your message on my user talk page. There seem to be a few misconceptions here:

Nobody can "claim" a Wikipedia page, and companies (or their representatives) are not allowed to edit on behalf of their employers.
It is never appropriate to change the contents of a Wikipedia article so that it is about another subject. If the name were incorrect (which it isn't - I checked) it would be possible to move the current article to a new name. It is also possible to have different articles for entities with the same name, differentiated for instance by location.
The content you added would not have been appropriate even if you hadn't overritten and existing article; it was promotional rather than factual.
