Evaluating the draft[edit]

@WhichWench: What a topic, it's very interesting! BLP articles are difficult area to write in, as User:Justiyaya pointed out on your talk page, but I'm happy to guide you through the process.

We're going to start with sourcing, because that is a strong requirement for BLP articles, and if content isn't properly sourced, it can't be included. For sources, there are three primary criteria to look at to see if it is a good source that passes the WP:General notability guidelines. Sources need to be significant, reliable, and independent.

I suggest you read each of those four pages that I linked to before you complete the task I will ask of you, which is to evaluate each source in the article based on these three factors. A source must meet all three to qualify, so failing any will fail the source as a whole.

Below is an example I've completed for you. This source does not pass, so we'll remove it from the article for now. If you have any questions about why it isn't acceptable, please let me know.

Source assessment table:
Source Independent? Reliable? Significant coverage? Count source toward GNG?
"Salon #19: Barbara Hannah aka Txi Whizz, Stage Clown" No Appears to be paid promotional content. No WP:BLOGS are not reliable sources. ? Significance is moot. It gives a brief description that is likely provided by the subject, so not independent. Otherwise it is solely about one event. No
This table may not be a final or consensus view; it may summarize developing consensus, or reflect assessments of a single editor. Created using {{source assess table}}.

When you're ready, you can choose a source from the article and evaluate it using the table below.

Source assessment table:
Source Independent? Reliable? Significant coverage? Count source toward GNG?
Error: a source must be specified ? Unknown
