i have, my main account is MK dude 182. but my request has not been dealt with. its been ignored. possibly because they cannot justify why i was blocked.

Decline reason:

You were blocked as a sockpuppet. Making more accounts to appeal your block is not going to help you when you were blocked for that very offense.
