A bowl of strawberries for you![edit]

Hi. I notice that you are interested in some India related article/s. I have been saying at a number of places that the caste related articles are in a poor state due to lack of attention. It is good that you are taking interest in these articles. Again, welcome!!! MW 10:52, 16 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Talk page guidelines[edit]

Hi! As you're probably starting to be aware, Wikipedia has a lot of rules. One of them can be found at WP:TPO, which are the rules for behaving on talk pages. One of those rules says that you cannot remove the comments of other editors (except in very rare circumstances, like if they are an attack on someone, are grossly offensive, or are spam). Also, on your own talk page (this one), you can remove anything you want, though you should always remove an entire comment, not just part of one. In this edit, you removed my comment on Talk:Jat people, and in this edit on the same page you removed comments by myself and another user. Please take care not to do that again in the future.

Also, you need to try to listen to what other people are saying on that talk page. Yes, you gave a lot of sources, but the problem is that most of those sources don't meet our guidelines for reliable sources. Wikipedia, again, has rules on what is or is not a reliable source. There are reliable sources that say that Jat's are kshatriya; those are included in the article. There are other sources that say different things; those are also included in the article. That's how Wikipedia goes: when reliable sources disagree, we put in what each of them says. I hope this helps explain how things work here. Qwyrxian (talk) 11:04, 19 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A small note from Talk:Jat people in case you missed it: Wikipedia articles actually are note reliable sources for other Wikipedia articles. Also, please clarify there what exactly you want to change, because it looks like to me that the article already says that some scholars consider them kshatriya, which seems to be what your references point to. October 2011[edit]

This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on other people again, as you did at User talk:Wiki00756, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. If you are unable to edit without insulting other people, then you cannot edit here. You choose--stop being offensive, or get blocked. Qwyrxian (talk) 21:23, 24 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

i dont care,i would have listened to others if they would have listened to me!it has to be both ways!and u all already insulted this community by calling them non elite or saying that they might be shudras!by giving 4 references from one book!in so many books and other reference its written taht jatts were kshatryas and decendents of rajputs but i think are blind!and that pic of jatts in delhi is a pic of some villagers or very low castes portraying themselves as jatts! these biased contributions to wikepedia will lead nowhere!

November 2011[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Jat people, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please do not reverse the meaning of a sourced statement without explaining your change - at least in the edit summary, but ideally on the Talk page -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 17:59, 14 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 19:16, 14 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
