Hello

[edit]

Hello, my name is wikiman1717. Please feel free to leave me messages on my talk page. No profanity please as I will remove those messages. Thank You.

Unsourced material on WWE Capitol Punishment

[edit]

Please do not add unsourced information to articles as you did at WWE Capitol Punishment. The matches will need to include a reliable source for verification. This source can be WWE.com. If you have any questions you can ask them here or on my talk page.--kelapstick(bainuu) 00:32, 14 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Feel free to add the match again in three hours when it is announced on WWE.com and is able to be verified. --kelapstick(bainuu) 00:40, 14 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
See how simple this was. The rules of Wikipedia are simple, you add information, you provide a source. I didn't even have to wait three hours to add it. Next time, add the source when you add the information, there is no rush to get the matches up immediately, I am sure that WWE fans can wait a few minutes for you to get proper verification before they are able to read on Wikipedia that Mr. Show will be compeating in a feat of strength with Senior Del Rio.--kelapstick(bainuu) 00:50, 14 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thank You.

You are welcome. If you need help with adding sources to articles, please feel free to ask me on my talk page. --kelapstick(bainuu) 01:09, 14 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Administrator

[edit]

I would like to become an administrator on Wikipedia. Somebody please nominate me and I will put power back into the hands of the average editor and work to perfect Wikipedia.

Please read WP:NOTNOW. Ryan Vesey (talk) 22:35, 16 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict) If you would like to run for adminship, you will need to create a request by following the instructions at WP:RFA/N. I need to warn you, however, with only 77 edits, there is almost no chance of you succeeding at the moment. !Voters at RfA like to see at least 4,000 edits and at least 6 months of experience in candidates before they are willing to support them. I suggest that you gain more experience on Wikipedia before running. Eagles 24/7 (C) 22:39, 16 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thank You.

JSYK, your RfA is not live yet (you need to transclude it at WP:RFA), but I still recommend you not run. Eagles 24/7 (C) 23:08, 16 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please read the instructions on how to transclude your nomination @ Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Nominate. Jarkeld (talk) 23:15, 16 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your Request for Adminship

[edit]

Hello, I wanted to let you know that I have closed your RfA because it is clear to me that you have not been here long enough to fully understand the purpose of administrators or of the project as a whole. I also have some serious concerns about your motivation in participating on this site. A good number of your edits do not appear to be constructive, and some could be interpreted as harassment towards other editors. I would strongly encourage you to read through our page on What Wikipedia is Not and see if this site is right for you. Thank you. Hersfold (t/a/c) 23:37, 16 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow, or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus, as you did to Dos Caras, Jr.. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains under way. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Thank you. ۞ Tbhotch & (ↄ), Problems with my English? 01:56, 17 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]

I have blocked your account, as you continue to make edits that indicate to me that you are not here to contribute usefully to the project. Furthermore, you are continuing to disruptively move pages without consensus, and you have been blocked for that previously. You will remain blocked until it is clear that you understand Wikipedia's purpose and how to conduct yourself on this site. If you feel that you have reached this understanding, you may appeal this block by adding {{unblock|your reason here}} below this message. Hersfold (t/a/c) 02:01, 17 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I am sorry for the vandalism. I was trying to be useful. I understand fully that I was wrong. I will promise to make useful edits to this great site, Wikipedia. I probably don't deserve to be unblocked but please show sympathy to me. Thank You.

Decline reason:

Sympathy is for the editors, not the vandals. -- DQ (t) (e) 02:15, 17 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
