If no-one else comments by the end of November (seven days notice should be adequate), you should go ahead and make the change you proposed. But be prepared for objections and even reversions after you have put all the work in, which is totally unfair but that's life. In your revision, you will need to make reference to AZERTY and QZERTY etc. Also, you need to make explicit that some layouts were designed from the outset to be multilingual to a greater [EurKey] or lesser [AltGr key, engraved compose key] degree and others not at all [US standard] (and need kludges like dead keys to sort-of do the job). --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 11:07, 27 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
