I have cross-posted this here and in the Chisalbro talk page as I am not certain which page (perhaps both I know) is watched.

Is Chisalbro the same user as Within the Veil? Surely a user should have one username rather than two?:) There is some info here on requesting a change of name - one of the key issues, iny my humble opinion, is that when a name is changed officially the account info including edits is transferred to the new name, ensuring transparency. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Changing_username.
