Hi there. I've taken the liberty of proposing this article to be speedily deleted, because you've failed to assert any claim of notability for this person. Please refer to WP:MUSIC to see some guidelines for what a musician or group needs to have done to be considered notable enough for a wikipedia page. Thanks. --Aim Here 06:19, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not create hoaxes, such as you did in the article Giovanni-Battista_Pierogli. Please do not attempt to put misinformation into Wikipedia to test our ability to detect and remove it. This has been done before, with varying results. Most hoaxes are marked for deletion within a few hours after they are created. Some Wikipedians suspect that the majority of hoaxes here are attempts to test the system. Kindly — do not disrupt Wikipedia to illustrate a point. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method is to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia, and then to check to see how long they have been in place and, if possible, correct them. --Stephen Burnett 08:37, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with,
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors,
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);
    and you must always:
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially neutral point of view, verifiability, and autobiography.

Accounts used solely for blatant self-promotion may be blocked indefinitely without further warning.

For more details, please read the Conflict of Interest guideline. Thank you.

Please stop introducing references to Philip Charles Bay - ie yourself - into music articles. You should also note that the use of sockpuppets is not permitted on Wikipedia, and I shall be referring to your edits through this id and through Wolfie15 at WP:AIV --Stephen Burnett 18:42, 8 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I am removing the hoax warning for Philip_Charles_Bay, as you and he are evidently the same person. However, requirements of WP:NOTE and WP:COI still stand. --Stephen Burnett 09:11, 11 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
