Great shot of Chasen! Thanks for contributing it. Royalbroil 13:41, 26 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You and especially Jamie do a great job with the Christian musician articles. I really appreciate both of you and I consider both of you my wikifriends. Royalbroil 01:11, 30 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re Leo Amery

Well. Wordy Girl 90, your actions certainly bely your name. The elements you cut out are those that reveal his character the most. Plse see the 1911 edition of the Encyclopaedia Britannica, considered by many scholars the best, which is filled with materials like this. You confuse an encyclopaedia with an almanac or a chronology or a textbook. Polycarp

Thanks for correcting my typo. That isn't my most embarrassing typo. This is; it wasn't one of my brightest moments: calling a professor an infant. Cheers, Cunard (talk) 15:41, 18 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Good work

[edit]

Hey ya, nice disambiguation work, which you seem busy with lately. Don't get tired out too quick! ;) Here's a sweet little kitten. Best, JamieS93 16:43, 26 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Heh, no problem. :) JamieS93 16:49, 26 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Since you expressed an interest earlier, would you mind doing a cursory read-through and copyedit for Sanctus Real? That article took some work, now nominated at WP:GAN, but I'm sure that I've missed a few clumsy sentences. FYI, I'm doing a look-through, too, but I might hold off from editing when you're online, to avoid potential edit conflicts. Thanks. JamieS93 21:44, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

WP:NODRAMA reminder

[edit]

Thanks for signing up for the Great Wikipedia Dramaout. Wikipedia stands to benefit from the improvements in the article space as a result of this campaign. This is a double reminder. First, the campaign begins on July 18, 2009 at 00:00 (UTC). Second, please remember to log any articles you have worked on during the campaign at Wikipedia:The Great Wikipedia Dramaout/Log. Thanks again for your participation! --Jayron32.talk.say no to drama 21:17, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your comment. Youv'e been doing some great work as well. I'll continue to contribute to the article. Is there any specific area you want me to work or that you want me to help you with? (Studiedgenius (talk) 17:51, 20 July 2009 (UTC))[reply]

Thank you for making WP:NODRAMA a success!

[edit]

Thank you again for your support of the Great Wikipedia Dramaout. Preliminary statistics indicate that 129 new articles were created, 203 other articles were improved, and 183 images were uploaded. Additionally, 41 articles were nominated for DYK, of which at least 2 have already been promoted. There are currently also 8 articles up for GA status and 3 up for FA/FL status. Though the campaign is technically over, please continue to update the log page at WP:NODRAMA/L with any articles which you worked during the campaign, and also to note any that receive commendation, such as DYK, GA or FA status. You may find the following links helpful in nominating your work:

  • T:TDYK for Did You Know nominations
  • WP:GAC for Good Article nominations
  • WP:FAC for Featured Article nominations
  • WP:FLC for Featured List nominations
  • WP:FPC for Featured Picture nominations

Removal of PROD from Yibir

[edit]

Hello WordyGirl90, this is an automated message from SDPatrolBot to inform you the PROD template you added to Yibir has been removed. It was removed by ThaddeusB with the following edit summary '(contest prod - subject is a tribe of people and it certainly notable - problems should be solved via editing, not deletion - flag for needing a rewrite for POV/tone)'. Please consider discussing your concerns with ThaddeusB before pursuing deletion further yourself. If you still think the article should be deleted after communicating with the 'dePRODer,' you may want to send the article to AfD for community discussion. Thank you, SDPatrolBot (talk) 22:58, 27 August 2009 (UTC) (Learn how to opt out of these messages)[reply]

Speaking style

[edit]

Good question on speaking style. I am not sure why it is in the article. I could move it to the talk page since it tends to be a personal attack on Harding's speaking style. Cmguy777 (talk) 05:09, 31 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have left a note on your entry to help from a clinical point-of-view, if that is needed. MacOfJesus (talk) 10:51, 21 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to say also, there is a professional approach to Scripture, called Exegesis. I notice you are getting entrants with a desire to project their Religious understanding and bias. There are world authorities on these subjects. I can go through your questions from a clinical point of view. And, I will not proselytise; promise. Regards. I would not be happy responding where you placed the questions as it seems to invite hysteria of those who either have axes to grind of who have a fixture of thought, or "a bee in the bonnet". [edit]

I have decided to put on a mini-contest within the November 2013 monthly disambiguation contest, on Saturday, November 23 (UTC). I will personally give a $20 Amazon.com gift card to the disambiguator who fixes the most links on that server-day (see the project page for details on scoring points). Since we are not geared up to do an automated count for that day, at 00:00, 23 November 2013 (UTC) (which is 7:00 PM on November 22, EST), I'll take a screenshot of the project page leaderboard. I will presume that anyone who is not already listed on the leaderboard has precisely nine edits. At 01:00, 24 November 2013 (UTC) (8:00 PM on November 23, EST), I'll take a screenshot of the leaderboard at that time (the extra hour is to give the board time to update), and I will determine from that who our winner is. I will credit links fixed by turning a WP:DABCONCEPT page into an article, but you'll have to let me know me that you did so. Here's to a fun contest. Note that according to the Daily Disambig, we currently have under 256,000 disambiguation links to be fixed. If everyone in the disambiguation link fixers category were to fix 500 links, we would have them all done - so aim high! Cheers! bd2412 T 02:20, 18 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
