Move request

[edit]

A request to change the title and content of a comics article has begun at Talk:X-Men (film series)#Requested move 7 April 2017. Any interested WikiProject:Comics editor may comment there within one week. --Tenebrae (talk) 02:15, 8 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

sumo tables

[edit]

I appreciate your well meaning efforts with the sumo tables. I made all of these tables and also changed the markup for different eras. I deliberately left off the end boxes because the information is repeated again in the boxes below them. Also the end box you are adding is for the modern era and not for the era listed (for one example, there were no special prizes awarded in those eras, but it looks like there were with your end box additions). Sorry for reverting you. (I misunderstood your edit.) --IHTS (talk) 23:21, 20 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

p.s. By shifting left, am trying to be responsive to this request by the article author user Krakatoa. Ok, --IHTS (talk) 23:55, 20 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Miss World Continental Queens Issue

[edit]

Dear Ma'am/ Sir,

Hello. How come this is a big issue on your fuckin side that my main damn goal is to provide information about the titleholders. Now if that's the case of having those information falsified then this is a very shitty problem with what Wikipedia is providing. Incomplete information is the reason I posted an article or page. Sorry but Wikipedia now sucks.

Your help desk question

[edit]

You have a response.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 18:07, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I have noticed that response, and thanked the person who made the corresponding edit on the page I mentioned the issue on. If a source falls under suspicion of being compromised again, I will follow the process given at the help desk, referring to an archived version and using the unfit deadURL parameter to ensure the current URL does not get used. Thank you for your attention, regardless. Wsan2 (talk) 19:10, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Image option reversion

[edit]

Hi, Wsan2, Thanks for your message at my talk page re these reversions etc. The fault was mine, sorry. When choosing and adding the images to articles I was creating or greatly extending, I always tried to make them fit in with the relevant text, both formatting and content, and customized the captions to suit the context. I had forgotten to put in the "px" signs and assumed that the sizes I was getting were as per instruction, whereas they were (as you say) thumbnails. I'll avoid this error in future, and sorry if my reversions gave you annoyance, quite understandable. There may be other places where this has happened. Your clear explanation of the problem was very helpful to me, thankyou again. Best wishes, Eebahgum (talk) 10:16, 14 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Recent edit on All Mine (Kanye West song)

[edit]

About your recent edit on "All Mine" - this is listed as a good article and I was previously told that they need to have alt text for images. Please do not remove such content again. --Kyle Peake (talk) 21:39, 21 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
