Hi Xing, I am wondering how your research is going on the Jia vessel type? Have you found any articles you think are particularly helpful? JTOMD (talk) 18:20, 26 October 2012 (UTC)JTOMD (talk)[reply]

Wikipedia Education Program: student survey!

[edit]

Hi! I work with the Wikipedia Education Program, and I'm hoping to get your feedback about your experience this semester! In order to help other students like you enjoy editing while contributing positively to Wikipedia, it would be very helpful to hear from real program students about their experience, so we know what to change. The survey takes no more than 10 minutes, and I'd really appreciate your response!

Thanks so much! JMathewson (WMF) (talk) 20:15, 17 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. The problem with the article is that it is laid out like a CV (or a résumé, as it's known in the USA) - a document designed to put someone forward as the best candidate for a job. If you read the Wikipedia:Neutral point of view article and the Wikipedia:NPOV tutorial, you should be able to present the information more effectively.Deb (talk) 07:15, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I would also recommend you have a look at Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Biographies to see how to lay out the introductory paragraph. Deb (talk) 08:20, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
