Akita, Akita

Thanks for your help in translating tha small parts in the Akita, Akita article! I'm not sure how you would translate 秋田車両センター and 秋田総合車両センター. My guess would be to translate the former as "Akita Service Center", but I don't know the translation for 総合, which would help to diffrentiate between the two, similar names. Also, not to be nitpicky, 秋田営林局秋田営林署 is still left, but don't worry too much about that one. For the most part, if necessary, a phonetic translation should do just fine.

Speaking of phonetic translation, I've been needing help with small translations like the one from Akita, Akita, especially with phonetic translations of place names. In the Akita article, the following are needed: 上北手, 下北手, and 金足. For more of these types of translations needed, please visit my user page.
