For the voice about poor people in Poland. Unfortunately the Western users I have been debating with don't really know the situation in Poland. Hopefully inclusion of reliable sources which I have gathered will allow me to improve the article so it reads less like promotional material.--MyMoloboaccount (talk) 23:18, 12 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Pomerania

[edit]

Thank you for the explanations and the links. Obviously I've got a very emotional view when it comes to certain topics. However, I am now certain that you trust that my family always felt closer to Polish citizens than to arrogant heirs of medieval robber barons who once slaughtered their way through Eastern Europe. Those robber barons were the blueprint ("Herrenmenschen") for the heathens who overtook Germany less than a century ago. Their successors were also the reason why fugitives from Eastern Europe were less than popular in my hometown Nordhorn when they arrived there after the war. Many citizens in Nordhorn walked into the same trap as nowadays some Polish people do. They mixed up the haughty Freiherrn and consorts with those Germans who had lived in Eastern Europe as if serfdom still had been official law. By the way, when my parents left my hometown my father was so careless to reveal this part of our family history and that's why local farmers always looked down at me. I really hope you watch and recommend Das finstere Tal. It makes everybody understand why throughout history so many actually kind Germans have obeyed evil rulers. Because through history they were used to be (as the film shows, even literally!) f**d.NordhornerII (talk) I am not a number! I am a Nordhorner. 13:17, 15 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to improve Communarka shooting ground

[edit]

Hi, I'm Lstanley1979. Xx234, thanks for creating Communarka shooting ground!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Hi! Thanks for adding the article to Wikipedia. You will need to add a reference/citation to the article to verify it, particularly where you got the projected death toll from.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. LS1979 (talk) 10:48, 4 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Vladimir Nichiporovich

[edit]

Not finding your page I created a page Major General Vladimir Ivanovich Nichiporovich

Now we need to merge the two.

Note you have him as a Colonel yet the other reference has him as a Major General.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
