Speedy deletion nomination of Memtimin Hoshur

• I have removed the speedy deletion tag because the article does assert notability, and also because the Turkish Wikipedia has an article about the subject. Uyghur interface messages

Salam,

As you can see, the interface messages on Uyghur Wikipedia is still in Uyghur Latin or English by default. I have notified this issue here. However they said they will switch the interface to Uyghur Arabic only when all the interface messages have been translated into Uyghur.
