It's not clear to me from your question whether you mean to say "monitor" or "mentor" but how the adoption program works is described in detail at WP: ADOPT. Of course, you will need to successfully appeal this block before you can enter that program, but asking for help is a good start and if you are willing to accept help and follow the advice it might make any future appeal more likely to succeed.
