The comment the reviewer left was: The sandbox exists for experimentation with 'markup' etc. it should not be submitted for review unless it contains a fully-fledged draft which is considered ready for mainspace. It is not used for discussion etc. If you have changes you wish to see made to an article you are free to make these yourself.
