Im just really upset that just negatives are written about myself and also total misrepresentations based on fake media and tabloid but not the real truth, which only I know and those who really know who have discussed the issues with me. Thank you. I'm not liking these Twinkle templates very much, so I might stop using them soon. Because Yosef responded to my COI notice as an IP and because that IP is the last edit on his article, should I revert it? It's getting edit-warry and I don't want to get into a dispute. @Closhund Unfortunately, the COI template is the best we have; sometimes, it's second to {{subst:welcome-coi}}. Perhaps if you have a better way of phrasing things in a way that prompts a discussion, you can make a proposal on the talk page of the template. I doubt that anyone will respond, but if anyone does, given this is a template used by Twinkle (and thereby, widely used), you'll be glad you used a "discuss first" approach.
After looking everything over, I might revert it to the last/second-to-last stable version (it is reliably referenced, after all), but I do have concerns over WP:WEIGHT. I dream of horses (Contribs) (Talk) 19:58, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Im writing now in response very quickly and briefly as I’m very upset that these articles are being used against me very unfairly, since they’re only newspaper articles which can be biased, exaggerated and totally out of context, like these ones with myself. I’m shocked how a Gov investigation into a visa can be based on newspaper articles. Do all the daily negative articles re the Gov necessarily represent the truth??? I certainly didn’t commit any crime with these issues and to the contrary; the judge in the Polaris case (one of the two defamation cases that concluded which I lost) wrote that it wasn’t fair reporting re myself as I clearly emphasised that all of these issues are abhorrent according to Jewish law and my life. I’ll elaborate further with links at a later time and also get my lawyers to write.
The main journalist who wrote the original post re this issue who was from the AJN (Polaris Media) and publicised it to the journalist at Nationwide (Herald Sun) and to the other journalists, was an enemy of religious Judaism. He told my brother Rabbi Eli Feldman that he wants to go against all Rabbis. He took the noted question and my answer mentioned in this issue and totally ignored the actual question and what was said before and after.
I’m sure you’re aware of the concept of ‘Fake News’ re the media.
The Royal Commission itself didn’t make this adverse finding re sexual touching.

I began defamations cases against all the papers
Most including The Guardian settled with me with some decent financial settlements. ABC and IBT settled by also putting out statements that I never said what’s quoted re sexual touching.

In 2 cases which concluded, because of legal technicalities and the other side having the most experienced lawyers in the country and my lawyer was doing it for free as his first defamation case... I didn’t ultimately succeed with those defamation cases, but only after an intense case over many days and with judgements of close to a hundred pages and appeals which were accepted but again failed on technical grounds after much analysis. Also accordingly they needed to spend close to a million dollars each on lawyers with risk of and actually receiving no compensation. So they both lost from that perspective and from my perspective from G-d including that the main journalist died suddenly soon after not wanting to retract. But the judges did say some nice things about my character especially in the Nationwide case.
I only resigned because of perception as elaborated on in the Nationwide case.
The title is natural justice so please do so by not relying on trash newspaper articles who are in it not for truth and justice but to be dramatic and make money and especially with this extremely sensitive issue.

Address the COI[edit]

Please read again what I wrote to the Aus Gov visa department why in my case it’s different.They accepted that. Even the ABC wrote a clarification which is not brought by whoever wrote the article. There are many other points in my favour in court proceedings which aren’t brought.
Regarding helping an abuser leave this is false and the Commission confirmed that.
Regarding Ponzi scheme it’s simply a lie and it’s source is a blog. I can go through other points.
The one who was the source of the articles was an enemy and hence the article and accordingly other media outlets.
Also my father is still officially the head of Chabad in Sydney. I did remove a bit of information that was referenced to the telegraph. The jwire seems a bit iffy as well, but they seem to be undergoing editorial oversight, which is ultimately the important thing. However, the ABC and SBS sources seem more reliable. The case report says the court system ruled against you/for the defendant with the defamation cases, and a similar report says you were naive, not of whether or not sexual abuse, but of mandatory reporting laws.
