Hi YrPolishUncle, and Welcome to Wikipedia!

My name is Λua∫Wise and I have been on Wikipedia for sometime now. I have been wandering around when I saw your name and decided to drop by to see if you need help with Wikipedia. I have also attached this list of some links that might help you:

Fair use rationale for Image:ReidAHvsTMDmed.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:ReidAHvsTMDmed.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Re: Image deletion

Hi! When you uploaded the image, you should have seen a large red warning that looked like the one located at {{AutoReplaceable fair use people}} - that was the notification. The reason that the image was deleted was because it's a non-free image of a living person, and those aren't allowed when you're using the image solely to depict the person. I know the rules suck in this case, but there's one more avenue available if you can't find a free image - ask Paley himself to donate an image under a free license. I've had lots of success with this in the past, so check out U:RFC for a guide, or just get back to me if you need any help. east.718 at 18:31, March 7, 2008

There is a proposal to change (something) in order to allow edits to edit summaries, from which I think we can conclude that it can't presently be done. See [1]. theloavesandthevicious (talk) 01:35, 27 June 2008 (UTC)

Akbank

Dear Sir,

As I understood I made changes in Akbank pages without logging it. 88.245.143.190 is my IP adresses. Therefore is it possible to use my last update on 26 june 2008 at 22:16?

Also I would like to inform you that I don't want to use wikipedia as an advertisement tool. I only want to update the info about Akbank.

Yves Simon

Hi, thanks for helping to improve the Yves Simon article. I don't like the way the last section (references) now looks, with numbered endnotes running (without distinction) into the list of books about Simon that are not cited.
