Do not post legal threats on Wikipedia. A legal threat, in this context, is a threat to engage in an external (real life) legal or other governmental process that would target other editors.
I know that Russian Wikipedia is separate to English Wikipedia, but you posted this on English Wikipedia, so English Wikipedia's policies apply. - Seagull123 , thanks for the answer! Sorry, but you misunderstood me. This rule has nothing to do with what I wrote. In the message to the user, I spoke about the Russian Arbitration Committee which is an analogue to the English Arbitration Committee. I wasn't talking about real life. I have not spoken about any claims in real courts. I am familiar with all the rules of Wikipedia and I certainly would not do that. Moreover, since question was successfully formed, I do not think in the future to use the English Wikipedia as a means for such a connection. The invitation concerned exclusively Russian Wikipedia, but at that time I had no means of communication other than English Wikipedia. I'm sure this is the last time this kind of misunderstanding has happened. I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. --友里(Talk) 20:03, 29 November 2020 (UTC)

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
