New parliamentary constituencies

I think that a better justification for reverting your edit to Milton Keynes is that it was premature (rather than "unconstructive", which wasn't really fair). I don't actually know what the plan is to revise hundreds of articles with the new constituencies; it is going to be a mammoth task.
