[edit]Wonderful article Zac! The lead section is set up very well. It covers the topic in a well balanced way, touching upon location, statistics, history and safety equally. Besides just a couple easy grammatical fixes, perhaps you could consider linking Wiki articles for Smartsville, Grass Valley and Marysville (if they exist) for ease of reference purposes. Your structure is fantastic. I think putting History first was a smart move and makes the most sense. Your uses section is also organised well. If anything regarding structure, I’d consider putting the fishing subsection ahead of the boating subsection since it is larger and perhaps more important for the article. Considering that, I think the balancing of your article is excellent nevertheless. The extra length of the fishing subsection is needed as it covers mercury as well. Some of the wording appears to not be neutral, but after a quick consultation through your sources, it seems that’s just how it was worded in the first place. So, it doesn’t seem to be an issue, but maybe consider rewording some phrases like “beautiful waters” or “boasts populations”. Your sources seem very good. The CABPRO and USACE sites seem to be perfect for the Wiki article. It’s also quite convenient that the lake has its own website. Lastly, I love the little quick information box you have on the side of your sandbox. I need to figure out how to do one of those for my article. Cheers! Bentatree (talk) 23:50, 31 March 2019 (UTC)
