Peer Review an Article[edit]

Hey there Zach!

You have made some great and relevant contributions to this article, specifically the section on context-dependent meaning and universally agreed-upon social codes. The tone and balance are neutral and not persuasive, and it is easy to read. I would just double check your link to the article below, it doesn't seem to be working:

Chandler, Daniel (2017). Semiotics: The Basics. Routledge. ISBN 9781138232938.

The last thing I would check is the flow of the article, your section is neutral, however, the last 2 paragraphs of the article (although not written by you) seem to be written in a college essay format using words such as "Although" and "Further", the language also seems more persuasive in comparison to your contributions, for instance, the sentence that begins with "David Morley argues...".

Just tweaking some of the phrases a little could make it seem like the article is written by one person and improve the flow of the article. Otherwise great contributions! You definitely helped to improve the article. Gbeno101uottawa (talk) 19:11, 25 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
