Thanks for the welcome and useful links! Much appreciated. I would certainly like to add more to the McKay article, as it is my HS alma mater. But I've done quite a bit of scouring the web looking for more information which might be useful, and have had a surprisingly difficult time finding anything definitive. Very sad state of affairs.
