The Vysshaya Liga (Belarusian: Вышэйшая ліга; Russian: Высшая лига; Higher League) is the second level ice hockey league in Belarus. It primarily serves as a development league for the Belarusian Extraleague, with most of its clubs serving as affiliates for the higher league.
