WebPros Investments (also simply known as WebPros) is a Luxembourg based company that specializes in web hosting, web billing. Subsidiaries of WebPros include: cPanel, Plesk, SolusVM, WHMCS, NIXStats, Koality and XOVI[1][2]
Oakley Capital sold its stake in WebPros to CVC Capital Partners in 2019.[3]
Cpanel is responsible for the majority of the world's internet traffic.
