Widows' War is an upcoming Philippine television drama crime mystery series to be broadcast by GMA Network. Directed by Zig Dulay, it stars Bea Alonzo and Carla Abellana. It is set to premiere on July 1, 2024 on the network's Prime line up replacing My Guardian Alien.
Premise
Former best friends Sam and George, blame each other for an unfortunate happening between their families. They will once again encounter each other, and mourn the death of their respective husband – Paco and Basil.[2]

Casting
Philippine actress Gabbi Garcia was hired to appear in the series. She left the series due to scheduling conflicts.[8] Actress Jean Garcia served as her replacement.[4] Actor James Graham joined the series as a regular cast member, portraying the same character he played in the 2023 Philippine television crime drama series Royal Blood.[9]

Principal photography commenced on February 23, 2024.[10]
