There should be at least a section detailing accusations against him -according to some sources he was a brutal enforcer. It is rated as top importance by Wikiproject Zimbabwe. I intend to work on it, but I decided to nominate it. I'm not versed in African politics, I just read about him through recent news, and when I saw his article in Wikipedia I noticed that there was information missing.
