Problem: The DabLinks tool for resolving links to disambiguation pages is no longer available.
Proposed solution: Create an in-house version of DabLinks, a semi-automated editing tool which helps editors to fix wikilinks.
Who would benefit: Editors who fix links to disambiguation pages. All article readers who don't like following incorrect links
