Music of the Final Fantasy series (4th supplementary nomination)[edit]

This topic is already featured. It is being re-nominated to add additional items. See Wikipedia talk:Featured topics/Music of the Final Fantasy series for discussions of the topic's previous nominations. The additional items are:

  1. Music of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII

With support from @PresN, who both created the topic and handled the last three additions to it, I have created Music of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII and brought it to GA status, and wish to add it to the Music of the Final Fantasy series Good Topic. Earlier this year, there was not enough information available to create this article, but recent additions and my own research has enable its creation. This should be the last addition for quite some time, as Final Fantasy XV is still a long way off from release, and the creation of a dedicated article about its music is likely further off still. --ProtoDrake (talk) 17:07, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. I was before my semi-retirement, and continue to be, extremely befuddled that these music articles all pass notability, but given that they do, I have no objections to this addition. Tezero (talk) 20:59, 24 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. A sensible addition. On the question of notability, I think the terms are relaxed for group articles, such that these albums certainly wouldn't individually pass the GNG, but instead as the larger topic of the game's music, there are plenty of dedicated RS (specifically about the game's music) for the GNG's purposes. Now whether a pared down version of the same article would suffice within the main game article? Different question. But for the purposes of completing this topic, the new article should be included czar  15:51, 25 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Closed with consensus to add Music of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII to the topic.-- 20:29, 9 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Final Fantasy XIII (1st supplementary nomination)[edit]

This topic is already featured. It is being re-nominated to add additional items. See Wikipedia talk:Featured topics/Final Fantasy XIII for discussions of the topic's previous nominations. The additional items are:

  1. Music of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII

Having created the article in question and brought up to GA quality, I now wish it to be added to the Final Fantasy XIII Good Topic. Along with @PresN, we've created this topic. Earlier this year, there was not enough information available to create this article, but recent additions and my own research has enable its creation. Given that the company has stated that no more products shall be added that relate directly to the XIII universe, this should be the first and only addition to the topic. --ProtoDrake (talk) 17:19, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Music of the Final Fantasy series (3rd supplementary nomination)[edit]

This topic is already featured. It is being re-nominated to add additional items. See Wikipedia talk:Featured topics/Music of the Final Fantasy series for discussions of the topic's previous nominations. The additional items are:

  1. Music of Final Fantasy XIV

Following XIII (2010) and XIII-2 (2013), I have, this time along with @ProtoDrake, gotten Music of Final Fantasy XIV created and up to GA-class. As such, it needs to be tacked on to this topic as it's third supplemental nomination and 21st article. This should be the last update for quite some time; XIII-3 (sic) didn't get enough attention to get it's own music article, and XV is still who-knows-how far-off in the future from getting released at all, much less spawning a music article. --PresN 17:17, 25 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Retired Pacific hurricanes (3rd supplementary nomination)[edit]

This topic is already featured. It is being re-nominated to add additional items. See Wikipedia talk:Featured topics/Retired Pacific hurricanes for discussions of the topic's previous nominations. The additional items are:

  1. Tropical Storm Hazel (1965)
  2. Hurricane Fico
  3. Hurricane Fefa (1991)
  4. Hurricane Adolph (2001)
  5. Hurricane Manuel

Given that we now have a good source for all of the retired names (which, weirdly, we didn't have before), there is now a good list of what should be included in the topic for retired Pacific hurricane names. All of the storms with articles are good or better, so the topic is ready to be expanded. As a result of the five additional articles, the topic will have to be downgraded to a good topic, assuming it passes, as there aren't enough featured articles in the topic (for now). The image map will be fixed shortly, as I asked one of our reliable map editors to update it. If you don't notice it, then he's done his job already! I believe all articles are up to par, so I hope you are good with the expansion of this long-standing topic! ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 15:47, 5 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

(Edit conflict) Also, credit goes to User:Yellow Evan, who got Manuel up to GA status in the nick of time! So... not sure if your support counts YE :P ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 16:04, 5 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Meh, nothing on the WP:FTC page suggest it does not count. I don't see why not. Unlike FAC's, there is little gray area with GT/FT's. YE Pacific Hurricane 16:21, 5 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Also, props to User:Jason Rees for revamping the main page! ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 18:24, 5 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support as my apologies for leaving you to nominate this and not me :P YE Pacific Hurricane 16:01, 5 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • I have a problem with the main article. Reference 1-3 and 28 are simply URLs with no other information (i.e. there's no title, publisher/work, date, etc.). Fix them and I will support.--12george1 (talk) 00:39, 6 July 2014 (UTC) Support--12george1 (talk) 19:43, 21 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support yay, a non-run-of-the-mill hurricanes topic. Nergaal (talk) 09:42, 21 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Thanks! We're working on some other interesting topics, but it might be some time before they're done. In the mean time, we'll probably get some more boring season GT's :P ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 19:16, 21 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Closed with consensus to include the five articles above. Also, with the inclusion of these five articles, this topic is demoted from Featured Topic to Good Topic. GamerPro64 16:44, 1 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Song dynasty (1st supplementary nomination)[edit]

This topic is already featured. It is being re-nominated to add additional items. See Wikipedia talk:Featured topics/Song Dynasty for discussions of the topic's previous nominations. The additional items are:

  1. Jin–Song Wars

The article attained FA status a few months ago and it's about a series of major wars involving the Song dynasty. The topic name should also be moved to Song dynasty because the main article was renamed.--Khanate General talk project mongol conquests 04:00, 29 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • I find that the topic is more specific (a subset of History) than the other articles, which are more an overview of certain general sub-topics of the Song dynasty.--Cold Season (talk) 00:17, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • The addition would be fine if it were to include Timeline of the Jin–Song Wars, Battle of Caishi, Mongol conquest of the Song dynasty, and Battle of Yamen too. Nergaal (talk) 11:07, 17 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
    • Is it possible to add those articles to this topic? }IMr*|(60nna)I{ 05:54, 20 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
      • If you are going to expand the topic, then you need to keep in mind that the expansion still needs to be an overview topic. Normally, those 5 articles could go into a separate, complete sub-topic on the history section; alternatively, they could be included here, if no other obvious articles that would cover some of the other sub-topics need to exist. Nergaal (talk) 09:05, 20 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • If you really want to contribute to the topic, I would suggest to try to start a separate nom on the history sub-topic with all the corresponding articles. After that, focus on these other sub-articles I've listed above. Nergaal (talk) 09:08, 20 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delegate comment If there are no further comments, then I'll be closing this nomination as the end of the month as no consensus to add Jin–Song Wars to the topic.-- 05:06, 28 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Closed without consensus to add Jin–Song Wars to the topic.-- 04:03, 1 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Han dynasty (1st supplementary nomination)[edit]

This topic is already featured. It is being re-nominated to add additional items. See Wikipedia talk:Featured topics/Han Dynasty for discussions of the topic's previous nominations. The additional items are:

  1. Southward expansion of the Han dynasty

The article attained GA status last year. The topic name should also be moved to Han dynasty because the main article was renamed.--Khanate General talk project mongol conquests 03:27, 29 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Australia women's national wheelchair basketball team at the 2012 Summer Paralympics (1st supplementary nomination)[edit]

This topic is already featured. It is being re-nominated to add additional items. See Wikipedia talk:Featured topics/Australia women's national wheelchair basketball team at the 2012 Summer Paralympics for discussions of the topic's previous nominations. The additional items are:

  1. John Triscari

During the original nomination there was a discussion about adding the coach (John Triscari) to the topic. His article has now been promoted to GA, so I am nominating it for inclusion in the topic. Hawkeye7 (talk) 08:44, 16 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
