Original – The Doorway from Moutiers-Saint-Jean is a portal dating from c 1250, originally for the monastery of Moutiers-Saint-Jean, near Dijon, Burgundy, France. It has been installed at The Cloisters, in New York City, since in 1932. It has been described as "the finest Gothic portal in America".
