Reason: There's a little paper texture, but mainly in the bokeh (especially after I got to work). Otherwise, it's a strong image. We don't do a lot with the Traditional Dress category nowadays - it looks like it's been a year since the last one - but it's a viable category of featured pictures, and a historical picture of an ethnic group in the traditional dress (before it passed from everyday use) is pretty valuable. Working through some of my half-finished backlog as we reach the end of the year, so you might see an uptick in my speed for a bit as I finish up half-done restorations.
