The concept of gross national happiness or "GNH" was developed in an attempt to define an indicator that measures quality of life or social progress in more holistic and psychological terms than gross domestic product (GDP). It was Jigme Singye Wangchuck the King of Bhutan who created GNH.

Oppose per TTT. The tone, the music, the graphics trivialise/dumb down the topic. Quite a few things said in the commentary are gross oversimplifications; in text, they would need serious referencing.
