The Wikipedia Club at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is hosting "Wikipedia Parties Autumn 2019", which is a series of Wikipedia events for developing health information on Wikipedia. This event series is for medical students at this school! Students please join freely! Events are independent, so feel free to come to any or all! No prior wiki required!
Overview of program[edit]
- Create a Wikimedia account if you do not have one.
- please sign in so that your team can find your account name and the article you edited
- before you go to Wikipedia, identify reliable scholarly information sources on a topic. If you have no sources, you cannot edit Wikipedia!
- After you have sources, and you have a topic, now consider where to put information from those sources into Wikipedia
- Now respond to any feedback you have gotten.
