Uploaded by Bosox798 (notify). UE, only article using this was blanked in March and stayed that way until I sent it to db-band. Has nothing to do with severe acute respiratory syndrome, BTW. —Zetawoof(ζ) 08:30, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Uploaded by Iloveminun (notify). Image is made of fair-use images copied from Image:Plusle.png and Image:Minun.gif for use in the Wikipedia: space, which is against fair use policy. Also, the image description is incorrect; the image is a composite of these images, not self drawn. —smurrayinchester(User), (Talk) 13:38, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete Dodgy image that breachses fair use. Was attempted to be used in Category and Template namespaces. Highway Rainbow Sneakers 13:52, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • STRONG Delete Not only is the image a cut and paste of two other images, the uploader attempts to claim that he created the image from memory thus taking credit for it. This means that he is taking credit for others work, which is even more serious that a copyright violation. Mike (T C) 15:23, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Speedy Keep. First of all, who says im trying to make money out of it, how cna I possibly be making money out it. And second, I didn't copy images from other pages. I created it by mind, thinking about what Plusle and Minun look like, I used a special page on the internet that can make images look better. I Love Minun 18:26, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. Poor-quality image, not particularly useful in any articles, and its fair-use status means that it can't be used for anything else. - A Man In Bl♟ck (conspire | past ops) 12:56, 5 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Uploaded by HeyNow10029 (notify) earlier this year. There is already an image from this awards ceremony in the article, so this one pushes fair use. Delete. 64.231.160.10 18:48, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Keep: The Grammy win is an important part in her life and should be included in the article. HeyNow10029 23:32, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
If that is the case, every musician who has won a Grammy Award would have an image from the ceremony in their article. That is not just unusual, but there is already an image from the same awards ceremony in the article, which is why fair use is being breached here. —Eternal Equinox | talk 23:42, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
You can't vote on your own nomination. HeyNow10029 17:35, 4 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
That's true, I've moved the delete to the lead. —Eternal Equinox | talk 18:08, 4 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The image is also unncessary for the Kelly Clarkson article because there is no more room for images unless the article is expanded upon. —Eternal Equinox | talk 20:24, 7 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Uploaded by Buetforasif (notify). Essentially similar to Image:GTAVC art Love Fist group.jpg, but with a smaller resolution and incomplete file naming. Image originally designated for List of characters in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, but was replaced by the other mentioned version. ╫ 25 ◀RingADing▶ 20:02, 3 June 2006 (UTC) ╫[reply]

Please do not list an image or media for deletion because a screenshot you had uploaded was listed here. You are not assuming good faith. —Eternal Equinox | talk 23:14, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I listed this image under the same rationale you used. If the Kelly Clarkson one is found to be in breach of Fair Use then I believe these will too. HeyNow10029 23:32, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
So then you admit that you've listed these images in bad faith? I see. The only problem with your statement is that this image is from a music video — not an awards ceremony. —Eternal Equinox | talk 23:42, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Please don't put words in my mouth. I never said that, listen. I'm not going to do this, fuel your fire by getting into an argument which I know is what you want. The image is listed, it's up the community to decide what happens now. Now kindly leave me alone. HeyNow10029 23:53, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Words were not placed in your mouth; you simply implied it. —Eternal Equinox | talk 23:58, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. The image's fair use rationale thoroughly explains its usage in the article and the wedding dress's appearance in the music video and the media. Does not violate any policy since it is a screencap from an internationally-released music album. The video was wide-released on the special edition of The Emancipation of Mimi (2005) and is therefore intended for wide distribution. See fair use rationale for details. —Eternal Equinox | talk 22:57, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep. This music video screenshot provides relevance to the text and its fair use rationale is strong. Does not need to be deleted. —Eternal Equinox | talk 23:14, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
This image was based on fair use but a better image without that issue has been found to replace this image. Tortfeasor 23:02, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
