In celebration of Women's History Month, RIT Libraries at the Rochester Institute of Technology will be hosting a Women on Wikipedia Edit-a-thon on Saturday, March 24, 2018, from 11 am to 4 pm. The goal of this event is to improve the representation of women on Wikipedia by editing or writing entries about notable women or topics related to women.

No experience is necessary. Training will be available and there will be plenty of volunteers to answer questions about editing - just look for the bright purple shirts.

Drop in for half an hour or longer; no need to stay all day. Food & beverages provided.

Everyone is welcome. We invite people of all gender identities and expressions to participate. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a adult. American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will be available.
