First off, several minor issues. The lead at most should be 4 paragraphs, per WP:LEAD. All years with full dates should be linked, as shown in WP:CONTEXT. Only the first letter of a heading should be capitalized (besides proper nouns), so words like "Expansion" should not be capitalized. AndyZ _t 22:09, 19 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
