Leonard W. Murray

I've listed this article for peer review because Admiral Murray was a very signficant Canadian military figure (the only Canadian to command a theatre of war in WWI or WW2, C-in-C North Atlantic and arhcitect of the convoy system). The article on his life and achievements has been built up and I believe is close to FA quality. Finally, there is an timed opportunity to feature Admiral Murray on 8 May 2023, the anniversary of the Battle of the Atlantic.
