I've listed this article for peer review because it is at a stage where some feedback before a future ACR and FAC would be beneficial. The centennial of the system's creation is next May, so I'm aiming for a TFA slot for the article. Unlike most highway articles, which are on individual roadways, this is on the whole system for a US state, so we don't have a "formula" worked out in terms of content and organization that's been honed through multiple FACs.
