I've listed this article for peer review because I've recently expanded it.[1] WikiProject Orders, Decorations, and Medals suggests improving articles by submitting them for a peer review. Myself personally, I'd like to see if anyone can spot any faults with it and that users not familiar with the subject can understand it. Thanks, Ryan4314 (talk) 14:11, 29 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi

  • A few manual of style issues, such as over capitalised headings, non-formatted citations (look at using the {{Cite web}} template, bullet point list the "See also" and "External links" section, numbers less than 10 should be spelt out (so you have "1 operational" should be "one operational", look at linking the dates correctly.
  • Image:South Atlantic Medal.jpg needs a fair use rationale for each article the image is used in.
  • Expand the lead - it needs to adequately summarise the whole article so you could briefly mention the criteria for the award, the number of recipients etc in the introduction.
  • I would image the queen is capitalised to the Queen.
  • " the most famous recipient perhaps being Prince Andrew" - this is your point of view.

That's about it for now, the article could do with further expansion. All the best. The Rambling Man (talk) 10:16, 30 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
