Reason: Disruptive editing by anonymous and new users, particularly pertaining to violations of MOS:IMAGEQUALITY. To put it bluntly, in the past week a number of anonymous and new users have been ignoring the edit note in the article infobox and replacing a photograph of North Korea's first leader with a propaganda portrait produced by the North Korean government. I recommend a very brief period of semi-protection of ≤7 days to discourage the resumption of this disruptive editing (this has happened before, but not consistently following a consensus on the talk page).
