Keynes Centre refuses to connect[edit]

Whenever I try to navigate to urls at the Keynes Centre, University College of Cork, https://keynes.ucc.ie I get "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED". Is it just me they don't like? Thanks, DuncanHill (talk) 14:13, 20 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

That is standard protocol response meaning that the computer on the other end is not accepting web requests. Basically, the web server is not running. 97.82.165.112 (talk) 14:32, 20 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
They don't like me either. There is a useful website for this sort of thing called, rather appropriately, https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ --Shantavira|feed me 07:37, 21 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
It's back online now (at least for me - I got the same error message yesterday). AndrewWTaylor (talk) 13:47, 21 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, back up for me. I did drop them a line on Twitter to let them know it was down and they said they'd look to it. DuncanHill (talk) 13:56, 21 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

how to color text[edit]

FBsmartypants (talk) 17:10, 20 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

On Wikipedia you can use {{color|name of color or hex code of color|your text}}; for example, {{color|red|'''tomato'''}} is rendered as tomato, and {{color|#2255dd|'''sky'''}} is rendered as sky. The color parameter must specify a web color. In HTML, you can use <span style="color:red;"><strong>tomato</strong></span>.  --Lambiam 00:09, 21 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
