significance to a grisly crime

I watched 44 Minutes: The North Hollywood Shoot-Out. In it, a lady wearing a pink tracksuit and white crop top was walking her dog. They were yards away from the bank when the high incident bandits barged in. Apparently, she was invented for the show, to report the robbery. There's no "dog-walking girl" on the IMDB listing, so I guess she had a real name, or the part was even too insignificant for that site (unlikely). But I don't think she existed in real life. What type of music is the SEX AND THE CITY theme song?

What kind of music is theme song to Sex and the City and where does that type of music originate. I'm thinking it's Cuban or something because it reminds me of Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine, but I don't know if it's called salsa or samba or rhumba or something else. Kung fu film

there was a kung fu film with the antagonist a black haired and black bearded caucasian who at one point shot a chinese person with a gun. the film proceeded in having the protagonist fight with the antagonist, and i believe in the final bottle, the antagonist becomes barechested.
